EIC Electricity SA (“EIC”) has completed its first investment in line with its investment strategy adopted in 2005. The investment consists of stakes in eight power generating and power distribution companies in the Ukraine. The transaction value is USD 2.2 million, equivalent to 11% of the Net Assset Value of EIC.
